libarmadillo3 software package provides streamlined C++ linear algebra library, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libarmadillo3
libarmadillo3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libarmadillo3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libarmadillo3 *
You will get with libarmadillo3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
